Junior Rowing – Summer 2026 Session 1 and 2
Our Junior rowing program offers athletes at the high school level the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive, competitive, and team-oriented environment. This year, WBC is offering a three week camp, concluding in a home regatta.

Program Requirements:
- Currently in high school.
- Have at least one year of competitive rowing at the High School or Club level, or equivalent experience approved by team coaches.
Session 1 schedule:
- Program Kickoff Meeting: Monday June 1st. 4pm, WBC lounge
- First Practice: Tuesday June 9th
- Practice Week 1: Tuesday June 9th – Friday June 12th. Time 6pm-8pm due to school being in session.
- Practice Week 2: Monday June 15th – Friday June 19th. Time 5am – 7am.
- Practice Week 3: Monday June 22nd – Friday June 26th. Time 5am – 7am.
Session 1 Regatta:
- June 27: WBC – DBC Invitational Regatta – Wyandotte, MI
Session 2 schedule:
- First Practice: Monday June 29th
- Practice Week 1: Monday June 29th – Friday July 3rd. Time 5am – 7am.
- Practice Week 2: Monday July 6th – Friday July 10th. Time 5am – 7am.
Session 2 Regatta:
- July 13-14: USRowing RowFest, Ypsilanti, MI
Program Cost and Registration:
- Session 1 cost is $100 for rowers and $50 for coxswains, which includes:
- The above listed training and regatta.
- Racing Shirt
- Session 2 cost is $100 for rowers and $50 for coxswains, which includes the above listed training and regatta
